(Nasdaq: ISYS - News) May 3, 2011 announced today that its services organization, Integral Systems Service Solutions (IS3), has entered into a long-term, strategic partnership with New Delhi, India-based Noida Software Technology Park Limited (NSTPL) to activate an additional satellite interference monitoring, detection and geolocation site in the Republic of India and to provide exclusive distribution of IS3 services in India and the Indian Sub-continent Region.
Under the terms of the five year services partnership, NSTPL will host a dual 7.3m antenna system, including Integral Systems' industry leading Monics(R) Radio Frequency (RF) interference monitoring, detection and analysis solution and its satID(R) geolocation system. With the inclusion of this new site, IS3 now supports six full time facilities providing customers with cost-effective Radio Frequency (RF) interference mitigation capabilities.
In addition, under the terms of a separate five year Services Distribution Agreement, NSTPL will become the exclusive Value Added Reseller of all IS3 services in India and the Indian Sub-continent region. These services include:
